Our Food Diary is simple to use no matter what your health or exercise goal.

We all like different combinations of foods, so you can create your own recipes to make it even faster to enter your foods into your daily intake.

You can see how many calories you have consumed or view how much protein, carbohydrates or fat you have eaten. You can even track your water intake and alcohol units over a day or the week if you fancy that odd glass of wine :)

Not sure what activity you should be following? Search the database of public exercise programs and use or adapt one to your fitness needs.
